All our bars contain a very high percentage of nuts. Instead of wheat or oat flour, we only use coconut flour* as a base.Apart from the sugars of the raw materials, we do not add additional sugar. We only use honey.

They are kept refrigerated at +5C for 30 days. In the freezer at -18C they can be kept for up to 4 months.

* Coconut flour is ideal for those with food intolerances as it does not contain gluten. It also has a very low carbohydrate content and at the same time a very high vegetable fiber content (58%).
